A total of 116 Presidents of Mediation Committee Cooperatives from Sectors and Cells across Gakenke District have received modern mobile phones to enhance their daily operations, improve communication, and promote the effective use of technology in fulfilling their responsibilities. The phones were provided through a partnership with the Ministry of Justice, in an event attended by the Mayor of Gakenke District, Mukandayisenga Vestine.
